Cancellation By You

• Because each piece is crafted specifically for you, our production process begins promptly. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact our support team within 48 hours of your purchase. After 48 hours, your item enters the production stage, and we can no longer accept cancellations. We appreciate your understanding of the time and craftsmanship required to create your unique piece.

• Once the cancellation request is received, we will initiate the process of refunding the amount as a return procedure to your account via the same payment mode that you had used to make the transaction. Once the refund process starts, your refund amount will be credited to your account. If an order is placed for a customised or personalised product, it cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation By D’Tiara

• For any reason, D’Tiara reserves the right to cancel an order without providing the customer with an explanation. We have the right to refuse or cancel any order in our sole discretion since D’Tiara may be unable to accept some orders.

• If we are unable to deliver what you ordered by the deadline you were provided, D’Tiara has the right to revoke the delivery of your package.

• Other grounds for not approving the purchase could be due to logistical concerns detected by D’Tiara, including a quantity restriction on what can be purchased, pricing or product information mistakes, or problems our fraud prevention staff has discovered.

• We also reserve the right to ask for additional information for accepting orders in certain cases. We will notify you in case Your order has been cancelled.

Refund

We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order after our artisans have started working on your piece, we can offer a partial refund. We will refund the cost of the materials; however, the Making Charges will be retained to compensate for the skilled labor and time already dedicated to your creation.
